    We are headquartered in Wyoming and all of our web orders are shipped from our warehouse in Austin or Houston, Texas locations.

    TruTone Pigments is very selective about the products we carry. We specialize in medical tattooing and permanent makeup products for artists and professionals in the field. If you see a product on our website and carried as inventory, it is because we believe it is the right choice for professional artists and tattoo studios.   • How soon will I get my order?
    Our typical processing times for non-expedited orders are 1-5 business days, and we work diligently to get orders shipped as quickly as possible. Expedited orders placed before 12 PM EST are shipped the same day, while those placed after this time are shipped the following business day. If you need an order rush processed, please give us a call at (888) 802-9198, and we'll do what we can to accommodate your request.
  • My order tracking information doesn't seem to work?
    Depending on the shipping type and speed of your order, some shipping vendors only provides tracking information from order shipment and order receipt, while others scan packages at every point of transition. It is best to check directly with USPS or UPS' online tracking system once your order is shipped.
  • Why hasn't my order been shipped yet?
    There may be occasional delays in order processing speed due to a variety of reasons, including: - National holidays and office closure. - Unusually large amounts of orders which can affect our order processing times. - Shipping vendor such as USPS or UPS closure. - An error with your address information, which may need to be updated or corrected. - The billing and shipping address do not match and we require verification of the billing information due to a high dollar amount order.
